How to Open an Account?
Opening an E-wallet account is the standard simple online information gathering ritual. Basically a means of identity identification for the company and setting up the appropriate security for each account; things included are name; address etc., and all of this can be completed online. Bank account information for initial setup is required as well to setup an account as a means of an initial form of funding. When the account is first created it is considered an Un-certified account, which in turn has reduced limits and rather low transaction limits. However there are two methods of verifications of identification which allow for increased limits and spending from your E-wallet.
Verification and Requirements
There are two methods that Citadel allows a customer to certify that his identity is the one he or she claims it is. One is through legal documentation verification in which a customer sends a government issued photo document with which citadel can verify birthday, address, name, etc.; items that can be used are things like passports, drivers license and national identity cards. The other method is a verification of address for your E-wallet. When a customer chooses this option then Citadel sends a mail letter with a code inside of it and when the customer receives it they can then go online and verify the code and certified your E-wallet account that way.
How Do I Fund my Citadel Account to Deposit to the Casino?
Funding methods are primarily done through bank account transfers, however at the same time Citadel does allow credit card transfers but only to select countries (Canada, France, Germany, Spain and the U.K.). Money transfers from E-wallet account to E-wallet account is as simple as the sender sending the money to the email address that the recipient has used to register his or her E-wallet account, and upon logging on the recipient will be notified of the funding. If the recipient does not have an E-wallet account then information on creating an E-wallet account will be sent to them so they may receive their money.
Are There Any Fees Using Citadel?
A transfer from your bank account to your E-wallet account is free and there are no charges at all based on amount or any other factor. However for those customers that can and do use non-swiped credit cards there is 1.9% transfer fee to the E-wallet account.
Are there any restrictions for deposit amounts?
Limitations on withdrawals and deposits are based on first and foremost on whether the account is certified or not. In the case that the E-wallet is not certified then the withdrawal limits are at a fixed rate of $500 and the deposit limit set at $2,500. Once these limits are reached then the account becomes un-usable until certification is completed and the E-wallet account gains certified status. After certification the accounts limits are based on usage and the more you use your E-wallet account then the more you will be allowed to deposit and withdrawal. After certification deposits can be come as large as $10,000 and withdrawal limits are based on your spending and payment history as well as the actual amount in your E-wallet account
